Your challenge is to create a tool, app, or resource that helps close a gap that causes people to experience inequality. This combination of humanity and technology should eliminate or lessen a systemic issue and educate the user so they can grow.

Summary

The CODE OF HONOR is moral codes, ethics, values, and rules to help restore, reform, re-plan, re-make, remold, re-establish, and re-structure Africa on the right path of Peace, Justice, and strong institution. This can be done by taking allegiance to the code of honor, whereby taking action and instilling the codes in every institution. This code of honor is derived from 12 fundamental core values that re-establish Africa to a glorious future.

How I Addressed This Challenge
  • Our purposeful way to solve the problem is through peace education that teach, train people on the principles that encourages globalization that leads to sustainable growth and development in Africa.
  • Re-establish fundamental core values that builds every institution on the right paths. Ethics will be applied in the following areas: Ethics in business, ethics in finance, ethics in government, ethics in groups, ethics in family and other major institutions.
  • Our impact will be felt in all aspects of life in African nations, majorly reforming education, not just educating only but also instilling core values that shape a nation. We will work with Educationist, to restructure their teaching approach and teaching resources to instill the code of honour, as they impart to the student. If this core moral value is taught not just as mere words, but practically illustrated and imparted into the student day to day activities. There will be a new generation of students who have changed their thought, as a result, change Africa.
  • Rebuild this institution and also install the CODE OF HONOUR pertaining to respective institution Build education institution. e.g STEM center, ICT lab, Community Library, Idea Incubator, Maker space., Build public amenties. e.g Garden, Community library, Heores park and History event arena.,Build an art cultural venue. e.g slave exhibition items. Rebuild historical sites for remebrance and history
  • The solution will help in providing atmosphere of trust, whereby assist businesses, where trust within intending customers and sellers is established. Also trust between investors and enterpreneurs 
How I Developed This Project

1.    Design of ethics CODE OF HONOR for students, leaders and citizens. Each code will have one or two written sentences. The codes will have a code tag and code color.

2.    Each CODE OF HONOR will have a course learning platforms like: short video or animation on the code, logical tests, case study, and assessment and action plan.

3.    Each code will have a campaign board, share tag and nuggets on social Media, bill board, online advert.

4.    Each CODE OF HONOR will have a certificate of completion, certificate of partnership, certificate of trust. This certificate will be renewing every 3years.

5.    Each CODE OF HONOR in affirmation on course learning and all activities done there will generate a badge of honor.

6.    Each CODE OF HONOR challenge generator for friends, families, partners to participate in the CODE OF HONOR. This will be sent through email, social media and personal invitation card.
