I developed a low-cost mechanical respirator inspired by high-tech aircraft engines, as I have been an aircraft inspector for 15 years, the aircraft engine engineering project I work on is beyond the reach of engineering in virtually every country in the world. My invention made it possible for me to make an inhalation and expiration valve so simple that the prototype of my respirator costs US $ 100.00, and it is all made in PVC pipes and connections, that is, plumbing for water systems in homes. my respirator is important for humanity, because if I can establish a partnership with nasa, we can integrate the pre-existing respirator project at NASA, called VITAL, using the principle of operation of my respirator, and the control systems belonging to the NASA model. So being able to offer a very cheap model of respirator, and being able to manufacture it in thousands of units, because until now, respirators are manufactured in few units. It would also be interesting for NASA to know the principle of operation of the inspiration and expiration valve that works on my mechanical respirator, as it can be adapted for use in space modules. I hope to get a partnership with NASA to develop my mechanical respirator, selling the right to use my patent to NASA. The inner workings of my respirator are totally industrial secrets, a technological innovation, only I know how it works.
During the pandemic I noticed that the main universities and technology companies started the development of emergency respirators, however due to the short time, but almost all of them inspired their projects in AMBU automatic tighteners, because this type of respirator model had an open project on the internet, but it is already known that these models do not meet the many needs that covid-19 patients need, so I saw the news about the NASA respirator model, called VITAL, so I started to develop my own emergency respirator model, remembering that the first respirator inventor was an American airplane pilot, because who works with airplanes has many chances to see solutions in air control. The approach I used was the inspiration of my fan, in high-tech components of turboprop engine components made in Canada, many of the concepts of these engines are used in jet engines as well, which are close to NASA. About the software language, I have a command control project of the functions of my mechanical respirator with software already pre-existing on the market, but no one has yet used this software for the function control of respirators. The main achievement is that I made a prototype of a completely innovative mechanical respirator, which can be controlled by a cell phone application, the respirator is all made of PVC tubes and connections, which is a material widely used in medicine, my respirator is totally innovative, and does not look like black models at all during the pandemic, and the main advantage is that it is very cheap, and can be produced by the millions of units and can have an impact in fighting the pandemic, I also designed an inspiration and expiration valve, with a totally innovative functioning and sealing concept, which can be tapped into space modules
My prototype of an emergency mechanical respirator was inspired by the construction of the NASA respirator model, called VITAL, also the mechanical part of my respirator is inspired by turboprop engine components and jet engines, which are from technology known to NASA. The respirator controls its functions practically completely mechanically through a totally innovative mechanism, which can be used in missions to Mars, as a backup of computers, in case of failure of main systems.

As I said earlier, I used inspiration in NASA's emergency mechanical respirator project, called VITAL, and in the mechanical part of the project, I was inspired by propeller and jet aircraft engine components, which stem from technology that is very similar to NASA.
