We have project a tool that, through the crossing of spatial data and cameras arranged by cities, will locate people in situations of neglect and help them in the best possible way, building a public database in order to explain them to responsible organizations. It is important because, with each passing year, the street population increases more and more. Data from G1 (journal globo), point out that in 4 years the street population of the state of São Paulo has increased by more than 50% and reaches more than 24 thousand people. In the world this number is higher, 150 million people have no shelter and live in an inhuman state. Therefore, it is extremely important to help these people so that they have the chance to reintegrate into society again. This project aims to turn society's gaze towards those people who are exposed, but often go unnoticed in their daily lives. We hope that, in addition to immediate assistance, we will be able to recover a fee from these people registered in the system, they will start contributing in their respective cities and helped to develop them, making the investment cycle of these cities increasingly broad, facilitating that these remove more people from the state of abandonment.
We developed this project thinking about the future of cities, the world today lives an adaptation of the so-called smart cities, so why not use automation to help society in such a delicate and complex issue, aiming to reduce inequality.
We also understand that the reinsertion of this individual in society makes him a contributor again, so as a consumer, he can come to punctuate the local economy and make it more able to assist people who are in a situation of abandonment, thus creating a good and profitable cycle.
So, starting from this point, we saw several paths for this application, and we decided to close the scope of it on prospecting, assisting, registering and capturing forms of reintegration of this individual, and thus we arrived at the main concept of the project.
Heat maps can, in addition to helping the system to identify urban areas where the project will be implemented, see the impacts of the application of Take The Action in the implanted cities, assuming that the recovery rate of individuals in situations of abandonment in the city of São Paulo is 2% per year, this would result in an expansion of the city in a period of 5 years, these satellites depending on the accuracy, could also assist the city cameras in identifying the action points of the platform. Automating and making the system more independent.
Here is our pitch:
Initially we have the general scope of the application, and what it involves, the cameras trigger the application that passes the location of the assistance demand to the responsible bodies / individuals to act, and register it on the platform.

Here we have the demands screen, with location and forwarding instructions:
Here we have the register page of the aplication:
Now this database is used to sharing with companies:
Normal persons also help the project, with a direct assist:
And this is the page view of the individual, with actions that we think people and companies can do to help:

These data were used to support our thesis and idea.
