Summary

The challenge is to create a tool that helps reduce the gap that causes people to experience inequality. We believe that technology can help reduce the gap between people and help them work effectively by showing evident proof of success without discrimination and unity between people, be it personal growth or growth of an organization one should not show any discrimination between people. Major organizations believe in people's work rather than their Gender, background, color, economic status, etc. And as a result they grow, this should be taken as motivation. If this is followed from once day we will be able to see a beautiful planet without discrimination.

How We Addressed This Challenge

We are dealing with a very sensitive issue which needs to be handled with utmost care and respect. The problem of inequalities lies in all the sectors of the society and organizations but the one who evades it succeeds. We developed an Application(Android and IOS) where we have showed what are the racial discrimination problems faced by the world and how to overcome it. By using the application the user will understand the ultimate meaning of unity & diversity and how it helps an organization to be really successful.

There are a lot of big organizations which have been in their respective industries from many decades and been successful only because of their unity and diversity.

For example, NASA, It is one such organization that has united members who work for the betterment and enhancement of human world, without worrying about different inequalities, Races, Color Discrimination, Gender and others.

We hope to achieve that one day there will be no discrimination based on color, race, sex, etc. and all the people of earth will live with one race in their mind i.e. 'Humanity' and understand each other feelings.

How We Developed This Project

Racism is one of the most brutal inequalities that plagues society. Albert Einstein called it 'The disease of America'. Not only in United States, it is prevalent in every part of the world.

Due to many murders and injustice happening around the world, we want to show the world how Astronauts work collectively irrespective of their Ethnic race to reach a common goal and show how to incorporate those ideologies in common people's daily lives inspired my team.

Our aim is to build an App(Android and IOS) that will help close the gap among the common people caused due to inequality. We tried to show the examples of childhood lives of some of the Astronauts, how they faced discrimination and how they accomplished their missions when they grew up. We addressed problems faced by Human Race such as Murders, Rapes and tried to show a solution based on Astronauts Mission.

We used Flutter Framework as it we can develop apps to Android and IOS with single code base.

We used Dart programming language, JSON files, images, videos, flare files and Android Studio IDE to develop our Application.

The data resources was abundantly available in the internet but the main problem our team had faced is how to show the problems of our society and also the relevant solutions for those problems from astronauts missions. We also faced problem in deciding the user interface part of the work.

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

We have taken data from "CSA, JAXA, ISRO and Other Space agencies" ,With that data we were able to study the different "Races, Genders, Religions and other Sects" having equal importance in building a successful environment. This data has given us an opportunity to work and have a base where we can justify that " to build something successful there is no need of any discrimination, but only requirement is a team of very passionate and dedicated humans ".

By space agency data, we understood what are the difficulties faced by astronauts in their childhood as well as in their mission to launch a rocket into space and we are able to develop a solution in the form of an App. We used that data to show to the common people what we understood and make them understand the same. We have incorporated many examples in our App from space agency data and are able to create the App.
