We develop a web Application to monitor and analyze in near-real time satellite images provided by NASA and we integrate our solution with a virtual assistant for immediate alert. This software is connected to a 3G mobile module that controls the turrets stations that are powered with multiple sensors and allocated to few meters from the rivers, with the aim that will provide constant information in real time; in addition to alerting nearby communities with a siren system with a range of 2 km.
This project will help, provide and alert respective information to sites at risk of flood risk, making a solid and complete resilience.
Web application
We built a web application which allows control via space to allow satellite monitoring collecting data provided by NASA. This page will help us to have a first alert and be able to connect to our hardware on the ground.
We implemented a bot for immediate help that will help users to find hospitals, give protocols and give assistance

The idea was inspired by the current weather turrets found in
different countries.
the idea was to create a turret that has only one function, which is to provide early warning of flooding.

As you see in the following image, that would be the turret in its 100%
operation. The turret consists of a rigid structural base formed of stainless steel, we are going to describe all its components.
1:CIRCUIT BOX.
It also has a CIRCUIT PROTECTION BOX in which inside you can find a
Raspberry that is connected to all sensors
It also has a high-performance antenna that is very helpful for data
transmission.

2ª A SOLAR PANEL
The photovoltaic solar panel is an electricity generator, which uses solar radiation as a resource and through the photoelectric process generates electricity. The solar photovoltaic panel can cleanly generate electricity anywhere on the planet. The panels can work alone or together and can meet the demand for energy.

3ªHORN SYSTEM
Installation of a siren system for early warning.
The reason why it was decided to install a siren is because not all people have access to the internet or even a cell phone, which this system of bicines will allow to alert people.

4ª CAMERA
A camera which will allow us to receive images in real time.
images that will allow us to study in more detail.

5ª TEMPERATURE SENSOR:(ds18b20)
The thermocouple is the most widely used sensor in temperature measurement systems. These inexpensive sensors, easy to install and with precision adjusted to different processes.

6ª DHT22 humedad (humidity sensor):
These sensors are pre-calibrated and require no additional components, so you can start measuring relative humidity and temperature right away.

7ª PLUVIOMETRO:
An important factor when you want to anticipate a future flood is to have
knowledge of the precipitation given in a certain time that can be predicted,
the amount of water that will be deposited in a river
By understanding the precipitation given in a certain time, it is possible to
predict the exact amount of water that will be deposited in a river.

8ª The anemometer:
The anemometer or anemograph is a meteorological device used to
measure wind speed and thus help in weather prediction ,this wind sensor
measures the horizontal and vertical wind speed as well as its direction

9ª METROLOGICAL TURRET:

CONCLUCION:
All these devices will help us to be able to make different types of measurements which will help us to make the various calculations to prevent future flooding.
We use the NASA's Global Imagery Browse Services (GIBS) APIs as a Data Provider for the satellite imagery and visualize the Data Layers such as: Humidity, Precipitations, Air Velocity, among many other parameters that allow us train a machine learning model that predicts eventual floods hazards.
Also Our Internet of Things solution and the virtual assistant are trained on near-real time monitoring of NASA data about Floods with the goal is to help save lives by alerting on-time about potential floods disasters. Based on this vast amount of Data Sources connected with the NASA Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) web services we have the unique opportunity to measure, monitor and have a better understanding of potential floods and alert people on-time.
