Recent wildfires worldwide have demonstrated the importance of rapid wildfire detection, mitigation, and community impact assessment analysis. Your challenge is to develop and/or augment an existing application to detect, predict, and assess the economic impacts from actual or potential wildfires by leveraging high-frequency data from a new generation of geostationary satellites, data from polar-orbiting environmental satellites, and other open-source datasets.

Summary

Hi, my name is Aaron Haxhillari. Our project is to find a satellite that has heat detection and on our website or app that people can access for free they can see the temperature of the world and we are going to give them alerts if there is a fire near them. The way that we are going to do this is that if the temperatures get more than 110° Fahrenheit or 45° Celsius there possibly will be a fire then we send the info to a computer that spreads the message to all the people that signed up for this feature our goal is to protect people from fires and make our world a better place.

How We Addressed This Challenge

How We Developed This Project

I had an idea for the world to bee a better place and I thought in my mind these days there are fiers going on everywhere in the world and I had to to do do something about it so I came up with a website that shows people where the fires are and if they are close to them we will give them an alert so they could evacuate. In the group, I made the web page with the help of my teammates especially Deniel he helped me with designing the project

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

I read lots of information about satellites based NASA and written by NASA and if there is space for a heat detector that could have the range of the whole world

That is a prototype of a satellite build by me I couldn't attach a video that would show u the website and the app but here u have an idea of the satellite that has heat detection and can cover the while world we can use this invention and save the world
