Summary

For the better performance of any system it is necessary to reduce redundancy and continuous monitoring of performance is required. To achieve solutions, one must look for all possible problems that can affect system performance and one must look for solutions and future upgradation techniques. I tried to observe evolution of communication technologies how we are upgrading our techniques by continuously resolving problems by theoretical and practical analysis and simulation. I tried to calculate and simulate different parameters of communication system network under different conditions.

How I Addressed This Challenge
  • Cutemars is an integrated parameter calculator for deep space optical communication network.
  • To find problems in a particular system we need to define its performance parameters. By these parameters we can easily analyze the system behaviors in different conditions.
  • This can calculate different parameters like gain, attenuation, losses to define system system efficiency.
  • An efficient system with less problems and effective output.
How I Developed This Project
  • I studied the DSN simulator and modelling process and limitations of present model. And how deep space optical communication can help solving these problems like bandwidth limitation, signal loss in long distance communication without relaying.

 

 



  • By selecting one parameter of antenna performance i.e. gain I tried to demonstrate an analysis process to find problems like attenuation and signal loss.

 





  • By choosing the arbitrary value of input signal simulated the antenna array to understand the DSN and deep space optical network.

 





  • After that selected two variable i.e. transmitted signal and received signal to find antenna gain to represent deep space optical network performance parameter.
