Global Nominee

Can You Hear Me Now?

Human missions to Mars are moving from the realm of science fiction to science fact. Your challenge is to design an interactive application to explore the challenge of communicating with astronauts on Mars from Earth.

FTLC - Faster Than Light Connection

Summary

The main project it's a history based in a reality where the human kind already have discovered and finded a way to manipulate and transmit data through tachyon particles and quantum entanglement.

How We Addressed This Challenge

An hypothetical history that could give ideas about how to face the actual situation.

We hope that it could help in someway giving ideas or any kind of glimpses about how to deal with the current problems.

How We Developed This Project

We tried our best to develop the project using our imagination, trying to have having fun and as faster as we could given the time, most of the code was in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

We hope that we could solve something with this.

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

We used the data provided by the space agency in order to study the visualization of the data to draw up strategies of which devices and technologies could be present so that the team's solution would be efficient and comfortable for the possible inhabitants of Mars. To do this, we mainly verified the data from the operations made on Mars, the existing means of communication and the 3D model of the solar system, offered by NASA's Eyes, to trace possible data transmission routes, as well as the probable positions of the data transmitters and receivers, contents that would be present in more advanced phases of the project.
