Can You Hear Me Now?

Human missions to Mars are moving from the realm of science fiction to science fact. Your challenge is to design an interactive application to explore the challenge of communicating with astronauts on Mars from Earth.

Can you hear me now?

Summary

The main objective of this project is to analyze the existing communication system, and provide a solution to decrease the distortion and time in an efficient manner. Communication with Mars is difficult solely because it not only revolves but rotates in its axis which makes it difficult to have a direct line of contact. With the idea imposed in our project we have found a method to ease this.

How We Addressed This Challenge

We have developed an innovative method in which astronauts can easily communicate with fellow members in earth, especially while travelling long distances in mars, it works on the principle of when mars and earth are in conjuction the fellow planets communicate using two other satellites in adjacent. Through this method we hope to achieve the communication challenges faced by a astronauts.

How We Developed This Project

We researched a lot about the existing system and analysed its drawbacks and advantages with the resources provided by NASA.

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

We have used the space agency data by researching them for various methods to finalise the solution which we have come up for.
