The Cosmonuts has received the following awards and nominations. Way to go!
We devoled a demo version of an app (text based game) that allows the player to make interstellar travels to known locations of the universe. It's important because several mathematically accurate calculations are made and will be added in the future, that'll allow players to learn about and discover the known universe. Also it's main idea could be used by scientists to calculate the outcome of a travel using several parameters with AI potential.
What we hope to achieve is a fun interactive game that increases in complexity and possibilities with time spent on developing and playing.
Because we don't know how to use graphic environments yet, we decided to go old school and create a text based game in C++. The game has great potential for the future because as our skills develop, so will the game. We're only demonstrating a demo but we're really hopeful and excited for the future of our project!
