The world is full of scientific information that can help us make informed decisions and take action. However, that information is not always accessible to young learners. Your challenge is to create a mascot that can help make learning about Earth and space science more fun and welcoming for younger audiences.

VEDASMI

Summary

We are Team ASMI and the topic that we have selected is creating a mascot.we are building an app which will drive you through the world of astronomy in which you get to learn the discoveries of some of the most admired astronomers of both ancient called as VEDIC ASTRONOMY and present called as MODERN ASTRONOMY.We are creating an app called VEDASMI. VEDASMI has it's own intention. Veda - ancient ideology. Asmi - I'm present. Special features are combined to give the user a different feel while learning which includes fun learning games and informative graffiti.

How We Addressed This Challenge
  1. Main purpose of this app is to encourage and motivate people about Vedic , ancient and modern astronomy. 
  2. Special features are combined to give the user a different feel while learning which includes fun learning games and informative graffiti. 
  3. We have conducted small scale survey. Wherein people are interested to learn Vedic as well as modern through videos and articles. Majority of them are students.
  4. And also a survey on some of ISRO scientists and famous personalities of US and India, who are now digging Vedic astronomy which is NOT A PSEUDO SCIENCE !!!! 
  5. This app not only drives us to the knowledge of Vedic also ancient astronomy of Chinese, Greek , Egyptian, Babylonia, etc. 
  6. This is a simple app which gives a complete information of discovery of Universe.
How We Developed This Project

We were inspired how our ancestors discovered about the planets through Vedas.

And now due to evolution of modern technology, we are neglecting about our ancient methods, so we are here to take up a challenge to convey people about Vedic astronomy.
