Capybaras Estelares| Create a Mascot

Create a Mascot

The world is full of scientific information that can help us make informed decisions and take action. However, that information is not always accessible to young learners. Your challenge is to create a mascot that can help make learning about Earth and space science more fun and welcoming for younger audiences.

Tiny One - c/2020 T1

Summary

Tiny One is an explorer comet that was melting until it reached the space station and the NASA astronauts helped it, made it a space suit, and made it an honorary NASA explorer. Now he travels through space and when he finds something new, he sends the data to NASA

How We Addressed This Challenge

We believe that tiny one can serve as an educational mascot since children can empathize with it and thus identify and generate affection for our character

How We Developed This Project

We chose this challenge because we are people who come from artistic careers so we liked the idea of creating a mascot for NASA. Tiny One is an explorer kite and its name comes from the official kite classification: c / 2020 T1

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

To create Tiny One we used as a reference the color palette of the NASA logo
