YSpace-Vision has received the following awards and nominations. Way to go!
This project gives everybody the opportunity to be in space without travelling to space. the availability of our real time reality headset will revolutionize classroom learning all around the world ,including sub-Saharan Africa. It will give student and children the opportunity to explore space and increase their knowledge and interest. we believe this solution will psychologically help people in stress and trauma.
As a teams we were inspired to choose this challenge because it captures young audiences, and it lets us to help them not just to learn more about space and earth but see and feel space for themselves.
The approach we took was to fully utilized the VR gaming headset for space education since youths are familiar with it. And to be able to do that, we took a step further to designed and later build a CubeSat capable of viewing space and at same time send its live data to the VR headset.
