BreadGate Mechanism
BreadGate Mechanism, which is the entrance of the Space Garage, is developed for the need of air pressure balance and a greater accuracy for the docking system. It is a highly aesthetic design and is desired to make big difference in the spacecraft docking mechanisms. In the soft capture phrase, spacecraft lands on the electromagnetic disc and after that the inner half cylinder rotates, sealing the gate. When the sealing is done, air pressure control mechanism activates and equalizes the air pressure, inside and out.
Rail-Electromagnetic Disc System
When the spacecraft lands on the EM disc, it's magnet rods activates and it sticks to the spacecraft. The EM rods, attached to the capsule, pulls it down and then deactivates. On the disc, there is a rather big electromagnet in the middle. The hard capture is completed. The second gate opens same as the first gate after the air pressures are equalized. Following that, the rails which are in an accordion alike state and attached to under of the disc , extends to the inner rails and the discs moves in a loop so that the outer disc's place isn't left blank.
All in all , SpaceGarage and it's sub projects are a hope for the space tourism and it will definitely be a revolution in terms of docking mechanisms.

We believed in docking systems that are active today isn't always safe and there had to be another way of docking mechanism. We conducted a comprehensive research on docking systems in this project. We gathered together with our team and tried to find the most creative idea that we can solve this problem. Finally we created our project by separating the most important idea. And that is, Space Garage.
We are thankful for these agencies to be sharing open data resources. We studied docking and autopilot mechanisms. They really helped us in our project.
