Mars and Moon: A new window for the Umanity
Summary
The project "A new window for the Umanity" is to comunicate and inform and inspire the other about humanity's road to MarsFor this it is not visual but it launchs references to the studies and the ideas of the Nasa Group o the last and this century through the links of the open dates.In it I briefly describes s many aspects of the mission on Mars and also the basic needs of the astronauts and the problems of life on it.There are also geometric symbols as the triangle that is not only the result of the orbit of Mars relative to the Earth in the time, but it refers also to the life .I hope to open the minds of the Umanity and a new window on the Universe.
How I Addressed This Challenge
I have developed a project that is not only visual, but in it there are questions and solutions for the the next spatial missions concerning the problems for the life of the astronauts and the strategy of trip to arrive on Mars from the Moon when it is nearest to us.
For this reason this project is important, and it briefly describes with images many aspects of the missions and also the basic needs of the astronauts as the technical clothing suitable for climatic adversities. For this aspect and also other I choised to show as one of the solutions the idea of the Mars Science Base of 1989 .
I hope to achieve through these ideas and the scientific dates to give new inspirations for other new solutions and to open the minds of the Umanity and a new window on the Universe and to gomeet other and news life forms
For this reason there is also the design of Pioneer F Plaque Symbology of 1972 .
How I Developed This Project
This challenge was choised for the his many artistics characteristics, and because I' m an artist and fashion designer. My approach to developing this project was to represent with creativity the next missions on the Moon and on Mars with the studies of the last century and of today.
I have used the collage, and the print, and the materials like fabrics and coloured glitters glue and particular cardboards and the photos and software like Photoshop.
I had not any problems and the achievement was the possibilty to create a new original mix of images and concepts
How I Used Space Agency Data in This Project
The open data are the photos of the Nasa and texts and they are the photos of Mars and of the Moon that I printed but also modified and changed with lot of creativity
Really I created a particolar and unusual and innovative collage of Mars joining the half of the image of Mars by Nasa to the other half that represents the soil martian of sand but with a solar flare erupted on his right side
I choised to insert this feature that is of the Sun and not of Mars to remember and to show that also Mars as the Earth is under the same solar phenomenon and also for his"Devils of sand " that born for excessive heating of soil.
Other photos are of the Pioneer F Plaque Symbology and the MARS SCIENCE BASE of 1989, and those realized from the Telescopes and the Orbiters
They influenced my project to show the difficulties of the next lunar and Mars missions and the possible solutions. The photo of Moon is of the Nasa but I changed it in way surrealist but artsitic to give the idea of the unknown part of it where we may not see from the Earth and where the next American mission will arrive
