To go to Mars, many scientists made attempts to reach the planet and explore it and try to find out the objects that live in it, and there were many obstacles that prevented their access to it, such as: the distance between Earth and Mars, which is about 250 million miles, and the disturbance of gravity during the travel journey. In this project we explain our idea, in which we review an illustration of the way to travel to Mars, using riddles that illustrate the obstacles faced by the astronauts during their journey to Mars. This drawing is important because it can be used as a guide or as an illustrative guide so that the astronauts complete the full idea of their way during Travel trip. The development in this idea was through the use of a simplified method, which is the use of puzzles that express the obstacles and collect them using the astronaut who was drawn, and thus he himself will reach the solution to these problems. This idea will be activated and presented through a video or documentary film that contains explanatory pictures on which there is writing as a kind of instructions or an explanation of how it works and a speaker explains the idea in detail and simplified ways, and it will be presented in 2D technology. And our goal of this idea and method of presentation is to make an idea and a complete illustration for the astronauts during the trip, so that the travel process is easy.
Our project is an Artwork that represents the path of humanity during their journey to Mars and the challenges that faced astronauts of NASA to reach.
There are many challenges that faced them during many years, which attracted our interest and focus, and we estimated that we achieved this during the Artwork in which the puzzles represent these difficulties and challenges that helped scientists to develop and know more of the properties of this planet and the good preparation for the journey.
We thought that we were building our drawing on the idea of that puzzles as attempts between Mars and astronomers, and certainly with time as a result of modern technology and research, some things became clear and the number of puzzles decreased. The development in this idea was through the use of a simplified method, which is the use of puzzles that express the obstacles and collect them using the astronaut who was drawn, and thus he himself will reach the solution to these problems. it will be presented in 2D and 3D technology as a documentary film. our goal of this idea and method of presentation is to make an idea and a complete illustration for the astronauts during the trip, so that the travel process is easy.
We used White Paper, Black Gel Pen and pencil to make this drawing in an innovative, simple and clear way.
The most important challenges we faced is the difficulty of expressing the problems of reaching Mars, and the challenges in a clear and distinct manner, and identifying the best materials to be used in the art work.
We used NASA's websites to get information about the obstacles that face the astronauts and scientists to go to mars. When we found out that many of these challenges had solved and others scientists are working on solve it, we find out the idea of puzzle. That how when we try to solve puzzles, the piece we choose may be right or may be wrong, so we try several times to find the right piece or the right solution for the challenges to get to mars.
