Your art may be in any form, including (but not limited to): drawing, painting, sculpture, computer generated 2D or 3D, music, film, music video, written or spoken word, dance, and textile.

Way to Mars Magazine

Summary

The project is a visualization of the Artemis program in an artisticthe way that combines both digital technologies and different artformats to create an integrated experience that brings life on Mars inan interactive way for the user; through a virtual magazine that’scomposed of multiple chapters representing life on Mars and itschallenges that can be operated on a mobile application which’saccessible in a simple way that requires no previous knowledge ofthe scientific facts behind the scenes although that’s what theproject is based on, so it offers well-delivered information fordifferent knowledge scales.

How We Addressed This Challenge

The existence of boundaries in human’s imagination made it

difficult for the brain to simultaneously visualize science facts

specially in the field of astronomy that’s beyond the average human

limit of imagination which represents an obstacle in the path of

acceptance of new ideas even if they’re based on facts and

evidences such as the possibility of landing humans on the moon

which is considered an open gate towards landing of humans on

Mars and the creation of live there regarding each and every life

aspects.

The solution of this problem lies in visualizing what the brain can’t

completely imagine by developing visualization tools such as VR

technologies.

How We Developed This Project

we developed the idea from a normal magazine into an online application to be accessible for everybody

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

Space agency data which is represented in videos and photos about Artemis program were used to create a vision that is illustrated in the form of story in our solution which is scientific magazine that visualizes the life in Mars and the humanity future on it impacted by the Artemis project that had headed to the moon.
