Martchov has received the following awards and nominations. Way to go!
This project is a challenge in all its dimensions: temporal, conceptual, personal, emotional and professional. It aims to express the breadth of emotions of a person stepping on the red planet for the first time and begins to feel and discover its nature. He moves between the emotion of the unknown, fear and momentary rest as he gets used to the close environment. The fear of the unknown and its unsettling sensation is represented by the repetition of the augmented 4th and the acceptance and repose of the passage to the fair 5th.
The slow and leisurely tempo represents the care and respect with which the recognition of the new space is approached. The pauses in the speech, the doubt in each step that is taken on the planet.
My challenge at the end of this project is already achieved.
This project has been raised from the personal challenge towards the unknown. I have traveled on a personal level just like the character who describes his feelings in this story.
I have tried to describe musically a series of images and emotions that the red planet has suggested to me.
Due to lack of time and material resources, I have used a piano out of tune, an android mobile recorder, a pc and the audacity software to edit the audio and samplers used from the resources:

http://www.nasa.gov/mp3/663784main_SLS_Audio_D.mp3
It has been difficult to edit the audios due to lack of skill with the use of the editing program.
I have used two samplers indicated in the previous section. They have been used at the beginning and end of the composition as ambient sound and contextualization.
