We created a website which has 4 sub-parts:

○ Fact and finding - In this page, we mentioned a few unprecedented facts

about carbon footprint.

○ Research - In this page, we introduced what Carbon Footprint is all about. Then

we explained the concept of Carbon Footprint and we further classified it based

upon where it is applied i.e products, cities, countries, etc. Then we touched upon

various sources of greenhouse gas emission, followed by the trends in global

emission.

○ Countermeasures - On the website, we also mentioned the countermeasures,

which needs to be taken to reduce the co2 emission.

In that section, we explained the various way by which we can control or reduce

co2 emissions and also providing the substitutes for them

■ Avoiding fast fashion trend,

■ Promoting vegan food diets and products

■ Conducting school campaigns

■ Reuse, Recycle, Reduce etc.

○ Latest Updates - This section contains various news related to carbon

footprint which is currently happening around the globe.

● Instagram handle

To make our initiative regarding Carbon Footprint reach out to a large number of

audience and to create awareness among people we created an Instagram handle as

We made a small video explaining how one can alter their daily routines and can

save the world.

Some of the ways which we showed are:

■ Avoid watching Netflix on T.V when you can watch it on your

laptop/tab/mobile phones because that will save the energy overall

■ Only shop when you need clothes

■ Avoid using plastic bags

■ Plant more trees
