Mission to Planet Earth: A Digital History

NASA’s activities in space have brought new knowledge of the Earth, inspiring new ways of thinking about humanity and the planet. However, many people aren’t aware that NASA studies the Earth in addition to other planets. Your challenge is to tell stories of NASA’s Earth science enterprise using interactive digital tools. This will test your technical skills and your ability to think like a historian or educator.

Summary

A website that will comprise of AUGMENTED REALITY in order to explain the context of everything that NASA explores and discovers new. Every new discovery, even pollution could be visualized through a smartphone and a web browser that could access them easily. In order to explain to even a person who needs the definition of Earth Science, a SPIDER WEB like UI/UX will be implemented that will instigate a mind-map about a particular topic that is being discussed.Every topic will be hyperlinked to a detailed description of the said topic, thus giving a glimpse of about every topic and if they’re interested, they could research a bit more on the mind-map itself.
