Mission to Planet Earth: A Digital History

NASA’s activities in space have brought new knowledge of the Earth, inspiring new ways of thinking about humanity and the planet. However, many people aren’t aware that NASA studies the Earth in addition to other planets. Your challenge is to tell stories of NASA’s Earth science enterprise using interactive digital tools. This will test your technical skills and your ability to think like a historian or educator.

LANDSAT - A NEW INTERPRETATION

Summary

In this world full of technology and science, people are expected to gain knowledge and to implement in various fields such as agriculture, military, and defense, space exploration, prediction on climate, etc... In this project, I'm going to explain one of the greatest achievements of NASA, which is providing immense data, that is LANDSAT. The data and resources provided by those satellites were hard to collect. It can be understood by a few people. My objective is to provide and visualize the exact model of Earth in 3-Dimension. So that everyone can understand the working and principles behind this historical program.

How I Addressed This Challenge

The Challenge is to tell stories of NASA Earth science—its history or its ongoing work—using interactive digital tools. I develop 3D Model of data collected by LANDSAT. I would like to turn attention.

How I Developed This Project

The lack of quality data communication between the nature and human beings inspired me to do this challenge. This Project was developed by HTML language and I use Github software to develop the coding part.

How I Used Space Agency Data in This Project

The data and information resources are collected from the websites of Space Agencies NASA and JAXA. The history of satellite and its images were collected from the NASA's image gallery.
