Reduce the influence of cellphone tower effects in Migration and Reproduction of Birds

Summary

There is a vulnerability situation in Birds Migration and Reproduction system due to intolerable cellphone tower frequency (for birds). There is an essential need to control the effects of cellphone towers in the behaviors of migrating birds. The solution, we suggested is to reduce the frequency of cellphone towers and provide alternative solutions during the migration time of birds. Through this, we could protect the mother of nature with harmless technologies.

How We Addressed This Challenge

We suggested a solution for the effects of cellphone tower frequency in migration and reproduction of birds. We developed a simple idea with higher technical manipulation to reduce the harmful cellphone tower frequency (for birds). The importance of this provided solution is to protect the birds from the harmful frequency of cellphone towers. The procedures and steps for implementation of this project are

  1. Observation and Detection of Bird flock with the aid of Radar and Camera.
  2. Transmit the data to the Control room via Satellite.
  3. The control room sends commands to reduce the cellphone tower frequency and activate the supportive towers via satellite. Here supportive towers are in sleeping mode until the command is received from Satellite.

There would be a solution accessible for migrating birds between the cellphone tower issues and there would be a part of development in bird watching too.

How We Developed This Project

In present days, there is a massive problem regarding the effect of migrating birds and cellphone towers. But currently, telecommunication is made easiest and efficient through the electromagnetic waves such as cell phone tower signals. However, in the current situation, there is no best substitute system instead of cellphone tower system. So, we focused to make changes and modify the usual cellphone towers with harmless strategies. The solution and our project arose from these requirements.

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

Bird migration in Movebank: Americas-NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

Introduction background vides shows the recorded movements of 1,654 individual birds that were tracked between 1992 and 2012. The data represent 58 species, over 2 million locations, and 276,800 tracking days. The movements are shown over the course of a single year—see the date in the lower left corner. The data used to make this video are stored at Movebank, an online database of animal tracking data
