Every year many companies sack most their freshers because they are not happy with the performance.
Summary
There is a huge impact of Covid19 on IT industry due to which many of the employees are sacked and some of them are moved to Forlough.This impact may continue in future.To Sustain in any industry, every individual should be placed according to their Capabilities.If we look at the current metric sytems, they are not enough to bring out the capabilities of an individual.Considering all these painpoints we are building a tool which brings out the capabilities of students and nurture them accordingly.
How We Addressed This Challenge
We AvasyuTech strives to bring out the capabilities of an individual and recommend a job which suits that capabilities.
In order to assess the accurate capabilities we prefer Psychometric test which helps us to measure Mental capabilities and behavioural style of an Individual.These questions will be prepared by our expert psychologist team who closely worked with students.
We not only make students aware of their own capabilities through our assessment tests but also train them using Project based learning which helps students to develop their problem solving,Team work, critical thinking and other things which are expected by industry.
If every student gets a job that suits their skillset, the performance of the students will progress. Higher will be the productiviy thereby decline in unemployment rate which leads to Economy growth of the nation.
How We Developed This Project
We use modern concretized ML algorithms to map every possible behavioural style of different candidates. The ML technology we employ to assess an individual proves to provide unique stats and analysis about a candidate. Moreover we can report and train students accordingly from the advanced analysis we obtain through our Machine Learning approach.
We use JavaScript framework React Js to build our website including all the functionalities.
We use Machine learning,Deep learning and Neural Networks to assess the capabilities.
We use Natural Language Processing for speech to text and Voice translation.
We believe that Customer relationships is an important factor. To maintain that we are also trying to integrate ChatBot in our website.We use Google dialogue flow for training ChatBot.
