FLYING SPINKLER

Summary

This is a project of Flying sprinkler. Mainly this project used in a agriculture to save time and work, because agriculture is main occupation in our country. Mainly it contain pressure container which is helps to move the sprinkler. 3 or more pesticide container helps to spay the pesticide to the field. It moves in the linear way in which it spray perfectly to the crops in a short time. It is eco-friendly and all the farmers are affordable. Instead of drown it the best way to use for to spay pesticides or crops

How We Addressed This Challenge

why we have developed :-

We all know that agriculture been a backbone of our country. So in order to improve the technology we made a project related to the agriculture. Today only few farmers are using the drones to spray pesticides and taking advantage of that but it is not affordable for every farmers because of some financial issues or they cant use because of bad weather. So we have come up with our idea.


importance :-



  • Eco-friendly where we will use only air and water as a fuel by this we can also tell that it will be a one-time investment for the farmers.
  • Seed’s will also sprayed in a perfect manner.
  • Compare to other sprayers by this we can spray for large scale land in less amount of time.
  •  It doesn’t effect by the weather compare to other sprayers as we are using rope to control.
  • Cost is very low which is affordable to everyone.
  • Training is not required to handle this equipment compare to other sprayers.


Does :-

we can spray a pesticide and seeds to the agriculture field. Hence it can be used for both large scale and small scale field in a less amount of time also but in drone's we cant use it in a small scale fields.


Working :-

The model has three side tanks and one main tank. First we have to add a 20 to 40% of water to a main tank. After completion of this then we have to fill a Pesticide or Seeds ( Few people want to use Pesticides and few Seeds it depend on which you want to use) to the side tanks. After filling we have to Pressurize that Three tanks also (Around 20 to 30 pascal ). After finishing all this process we have to fix the model to Launching pad and pass 60% of pressure to the main bottle ( Pressure will depend on the area we have to cover if it is more area then we have to apply more pressure ). After all this process we have release the nozzle of side tanks( Filled with Pesticide or Seed ) Then immediately we have release the nozzle of main tank. When we release the main tank it starts to move forward and Pesticides or Seeds gets spread throughout the Agriculture field.

How We Developed This Project

Inspiration :

We all know that agriculture been a backbone of our country. We depend highly on our farmers. As we all know that around 85% farmers in India are small farmers, Because of this may farmers cannot buy high budget equipment and in other side labours are demanding high wages by this many farmers are quitting the agriculture.
