Avengers Assemble| A One Health Approach

A One Health Approach

Air pollution is a major global environmental health risk, causing an estimated seven million deaths across the globe annually. Your challenge is to take an interdisciplinary approach, using both Earth science and health science, and integrate different types of datasets and applications to study the effects of air pollution.

Combating air pollution By knowing the causes and effects

Summary

One of our era's greatest scourges is air pollution, on account not only of its impact on climate change but also its impact on public and individual health due to increasing morbidity and mortality. is the presence of substances in the atmosphere that are harmful to the health of humans and other living beings, or cause damage to the climate or to materials. There are different types of air pollutants, such as gases (such as ammonia, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrous oxides, methane, and chlorofluorocarbons). There are many Disastrous Effects of Air pollution such as Respiratory and Heart Problems, Child Health Problems, global warming, Acid Rain, and the ozone layer becomes thin.

How We Addressed This Challenge

all of us must know the dangerous and effects of air pollution that will make them more careful and try to stop it our mission is to make it easy for every one to know the reasons of air pollution and how to deal with it to make our earth healthier for life and for humans, animals and plants because of these reasons nasa make this challenge to help each other save the earth. we use many sources such as nasa, ESA, JAXA and CSA to collect the information. we hope we could make a change.

How We Developed This Project

What prompted us to choose this challenge is our vision of the suffering and disease that animals and humans suffered from. Some of the reasons stem from human activities themselves, so we decided to collect data to be easy to access and know the causes of the spread of air pollution and its control. And we were inspired by the NASA Challenge to do that.

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

we used several sources from NASA, JAXA, CNES, CSA and research papers to get the right information.

Project Demo

we made a PowerPoint which facilitates the display of the information we want to present and the proposal to add it on the web site or application affiliated to NASA and that upon development
