We have developed a machine that has built in fans and suction to absorb the CO2 in the atmosphere and release oxygen. It will run on solar power and is designed to automatically rely on the CO2 as its backup power source during the dark hours. The internal structure will be a vacuum to allow for manual controlled depressurisation and temperature adjustments.
Our team was inspired to find a solution to climate change, because we are passionate about preserving our planet. We appreciate the beautiful ecosystems and species here on Earth, and we want to contribute to help save our planet. We approached this challenge with motivation and enthusiasm, it was a great team effort and bonding experience. The tools we used were : flipaclip. As a team, this weekend we have learnt about leadership, teamwork and listening to each other's ideas.
We have looked at past NASA satellite missions, and how they have contributed to advancing our knowledge of the upper atmosphere and aeronautics. We were inspired how satellites can forecast any storms that may cause disruption or are dangerous. This saves lives.
