Our unique app is designed to solve the problem of controlling and improving sleep. SleepHelper allows users to keep their schedule under control, since the home screen has a 24-hour dial with the indication of periods that affect sleep. The dial shows the interval (4 hours before bedtime) when it is not recommended to eat, the recommended time for training and the recommended time for sleep. The user can configure all the parameters by going to the profile, where they can set the preferred sleep duration and specify the days when they have physical training. The user can also add a schedule offset factor, for astronauts it can be the flight and docking time, for pilots it is possible to add the city of departure and arrival , after which the application calculates the time zone of the two cities and the difference between them in accordance with what changes the schedule. Also in the recommendations section, we added recommendations for improving sleep.
