Sleep Shift Scheduling Tool

Sleep loss and fatigue may lead to reduced performance and an increased risk to safety during many activities, including spaceflight. Your challenge is to develop an operational sleep shift scheduling tool that provides autonomous customization of a schedule for sleep, exercise, and nutrition to manage fatigue.

Sleep TimeLine

Summary

This is a sample visualization of Metadata This is a tool that offers a view of metadata about astronauts' sleep health.

How I Addressed This Challenge

What did you find out?

Basically this application has been developed to displays a hours timeline, where each hour shows the astronaut who is sleeping at that moment.

Why is it important?

Some data visualization tools has a very detailed visualization that in some moments can make analysis difficult. My application is important, because it seeks metadata, simplifying decision making decisions.

As it is an initial prototype, this application was developed looking for static data, inserted in the

own code. The intention is that in the future these data to be retrieved from a server.

How I Developed This Project

I use Javascript, JQuery and a Timeline library.

To put online i use Github and Heroku.

This is the adress of the project

Find a Timeline library it is the most challenge that i have.

How I Used Space Agency Data in This Project

I use the following datasets and experiments:

NAG91035 Experiment

9401663 Experiment

J0000975 Dataset

NAG53952 Experiiment
