Summary
Everyone working in any project or living in ISS have to maintain good routine of sleep, exercise and food to reduce fatigue level. Due to long work shifts, and constant focus time they may find hard to manage their routines. This app helps them so that through ISS Fit and various other datasets fed into our app they can easily track and manage their routine to reduce stress.
How We Addressed This Challenge
We use required datasets through NASA and other related organizations and also ISS FIT data so that out app will be able to read those data and show the summary, insights of data along with personalized recommendation for data so that workers can work at maximum efficiency.
How We Developed This Project
Our project is developed in Flutter with Dart which enables our app to be compatible with Android, iOS as well as Web. We have currently built and tested our apps on Android. Knowing our tool may be able to help people working at very high level and performing crucial tasks served as the main tool for motivation for us. Database and lack of experience (as we all are High schoolers or First semester students) in development created some problems on the way.
How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project
Data from NASA is heart and soul of our project, we want to use that data to make personalized app so that it can give all the required insights to the users of our app.

We have not yet implemented all the data we need to our project but we plan to use data provided by NASA about astronauts, their sleep, food and exercise count as well as data from the ISS FIT so that we can implement that in out app.
