We are developing an application that will improve the sleep quality of astronauts and is compatible with gadgets. As a consequence of the radical change in the environment, adaptation can be difficult. The app will monitor sleep quality, food, and exercise level. Several factors, internal and external, affect our sleep. Some examples are the amount and type of light we are exposed to, what we eat, and at what times, the consistency of times and habits. According to the data collected, the user will receive tips to improve his rest.
