How We Addressed This Challenge
Eating delicious food is very important for astronauts to live a healthy life.
Although the current diet is nutritionally balanced, the problem is that many of them are dull.
We support astronauts' healthy and enjoyable meals by bringing "dried salad", which is dried delicious vegetables from Aichi prefecture, to outer space.

Fresh vegetables from Aichi prefecture are sliced and dried.
