The Guardians of Sleep Team, an application for the prevention of jet lag in airplane pilots. This application is important for airlines, since, it promotes control of the situation in which the pilot is physically on a trip and if he is sleep regulated, thus being able to guarantee the safety of a flight. The app monitors the pilot's sleep using artificial intelligence and recommends exercise and nutrition to maintain the pilot's physical health as well. Morpheus hopes to revolutionize airlines with the safety of pilots well monitored for sleep.
Our team was inspired by the idea of being able to help the astronauts and we brought the problem experienced by them to the aviation pilots for suffering similar problems brought about by the challenge.
For the development of the solution, agile methodology was used for the ideation process and development of the project concept. Figma was used as a low-level prototyping tool for the application interface design.
The problems faced by the team were the successive moments of lack of focus and difficulties in seeing the innovation to implement in the solution concept.
The group used the database provided by NASA to understand how sleep problems are faced by astronauts. Understanding this situation, we decided to approach this problem from the perspective of airplane pilots.
