We developed an idea to regulate and schedule sleep cycles. The importance is to maintain the quality of sleep. It induces brain waves. Through an electroencephalogram and a phone that operates by bone construction. We hope to balance the circadian cycle and avoid problems that can be generated by lack of quality sleep.
Our inspiration was our own problem with sleep.
We had trouble finding research relating the topic we wanted to integrate.
We find research and tools that make our solution possible.
