Why it is important?
because astronauts suffer from cardiac misalignment and sleep problems our App helps to program the hours of rest, physical activity and eating
What does?
It is an application that helps to program sleep for astronauts and is also a benefit for people
How does it work?
Its function is to give recommendations for foods that produce melatonin
physical activity applies
and has the ability to tell how many hours you rest and the calories you consumed also has relaxing sounds to rest
What do you hope to achieve?
I hope that these 3 habits, food, rest and physical activity become healthy since they are important as in life and work

What was your approach to developing this project?
Our approach was to bring knowledge to share with people who are under a lot of stress and cannot sleep
What tools, coding languages, hardware, software did you use to develop your project?
we use app inventor and java language
What problems and achievements did your team have?
No problem only that we lacked communication personally.
Our achievement was making the app and that the presentation went very well for us
We use this NASA space agency page to identify the best ways to rest better
which we put 3 of them in the app
