Welcome to NASA's International Space Apps Challenge, 2020. COHORT are proud to partner with this years virtual NASA International Space Apps Challenge, for the Gold Coast's first expedition in the challenge.

ABOUT COHORT

Nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct, Cohort is a world-class innovation space that is home to innovative thinkers, founders, entrepreneurs, scientists, and students. With state-of-the-art facilities, innovation programs, networking events and business support activities, Cohort is equipped with everything you need to kick-start or grow a business with the flexibility to work the way you want.

THE CHALLENGE

Space Apps is a NASA-led initiative organized in collaboration with Booz Allen Hamilton, Mindgrub, SecondMuse, and the NASA Open Innovation Applied Sciences Program.

In 2020, NASA invite you to “Take Action” from home, as part of an entirely virtual celebration of our 9th annual hackathon. An international hackathon, the event embraces collaborative problem solving by introducing problem-solvers to NASA's free and open data.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Anyone can! Over the age of 16 - high school and university students, programmers, technologists, scientists, entrepreneurs, and more! The common thread among Space Apps participants is that you are interested in space science and exploration, you are creative, and you want to solve problems. The best teams are often the most diverse!
