Virtual Planetary Exploration

Your challenge is to create interactive 3D models of equipment (e.g., planetary geology tools) that future space explorers can use for activities like exploring a planetary surface.

Summary

Our team create two main tools to help in the next explorations in the space. Also this tools can helps to reduce the cost of send materials to the space.The first one is a modular system to manufacture different tools in different materials, the modules can print in 3d, cut pieces with CNC laser and mold pieces, also the structure of the system is made of titanium to resist the conditions un the space, alsoo the assembly of the printer Will be with neodymium magnets to facilitate the transport and the assembly in the space,the bed of the printer Is mobile, and the extrusor función with 0 gravity. the second one is a metal detector with a smallest size to use in a inmediate exploration
