Natural hazards or pandemic situations can prevent people from going outside of their residence to collect their daily emergency needs like grocery, medicine or ambulance. As a matter of fact, they need to request manually to the authority for taking required steps. But manual system faces problems like wrong locations tracking, request redundancy, false call, confusion about area in charge etc.

Our system tracks the location of the applicant & draws the shortest path from the authority to that location point. Also sorts the request depending on the urgency.

Area in charge is alerted automatically with the request details & maps. This saves time for management & prevents duplicate requests.

Relief can be requested in three different categories. Not more than one in charge should be alerted for one single request. Thus, human resources are utilized in a perfect way. Exact location tracking will prevent false alarms.

There is also a special category called ‘Crime Report’, where any user can submit a crime report without revealing is personal details

And all requests will leave a markup on the map which will help us in future to analyze relief data.
