Our application will solve a Serious problem. People don’t know if the area in which they will go is drought, high temperature, or not and It is very substantial that the person who goes to a specific area is aware of the weather and environmental conditions such as drought so that he can take precautions and take measures, whether personal or public. The application will provide all the needs for drought concerning the logic in which it is located for the user by providing the user with a map in which he defines the specific area, and the application in turn will explain to him the percentage of drought in the region, any causes of drought and the consequences that will result from it. Certainly, when a person can need to see it so that he can know if the place is drought and what its percentage, or what will happen because of this and what possible consequences will result from this, he will increase his knowledge and he will be able to see many other needs that he will not be able to determine because he still knows which It is possible to find any time in the area and what needs to be done. After all, measures have been taken before that, based on the information he knew. This will be a very big factor in the long run in that people begin to become aware of their awareness of the environmental and weather conditions of any place, and they will go so that they can take prior measures and take their caution when there are any environmental changes in the region. Of course, this will increase the knowledge of humans in terms of the environment. And the natural sciences that very few people conclude that they read. The application can also explain the difference between desertification and drought because the two terms countries may seem to many that they are similar, but they are different.
As we all have different skills and experiences in programming such as Python, JAVA, Web design, Android development, graphic design, video editing, scientific research, and academic writing, this variety helped us to have the creativity and innovation in defining a solution for one of the challenges that we filtered to choose the most suitable one for us. We chose this challenge especially because we found that it's the most sufficient challenge according to our abilities, experiences, and skills. This challenge helped us to think more about the best solution and how to provide it for users in the form of a user-friendly application that allows people to know more about NASA's data on Earth. So, we were inspired by the desire to help users know, discover, and potentially visualize NASA Earth datasets that can help to monitor our home planet and improve their lives and this was our approach from this project. We used the Android Studio to build the app by Java and XML. We used adobe Photoshop in making the graphics and all designs. We also made great research to get the right information. We faced some problems in adding videos to the application, but we solved this problem and also we needed to have a storage device or website to store the data of the login system, but it was solved also.
