Home Planet at Your Fingertips

Develop a user-friendly application or tool to discover, visualize, and analyze NASA Earth data for monitoring our home planet.

Our User Friendly Bot To inform People About Climate Change Data

Summary

In our project, in the first day, we did some research from the sources given and also sources we found. We summarized the data we found and, then we discussed what we could do about this project. Then our member who has experience with programming suggested coding a bot so that people could get informed and also they could be more aware of climate situations. Then he coded and, we discussed the content and things about it.In the second day, we tested all stuff and added and edited some parts. Our programmer member completed some tasks and, the other 2 members finished the remaining tasks. After all these things we submitted our project.

How We Addressed This Challenge

We want to give some information about our planet because of to make people consicous and with these little informations, they can have an idea about our planet. We stock on the same planet so we must learn living on the same planet so our achıevement and want is that point. We have not learn it but with these little projects, we can learn it and we can save our planet ffor new generations .

How We Developed This Project

Some of our members had experience with developing things similar to this. So we picked this challenge. Our programmer used python as our main language and used heroku for 24/7 routine. Our programmer told us that he had a problem with finding a source for news and data. Fortunately, he overcame this challenge. He also said that coding and deploying part was easy. Our team has achieved pretty useful things. This was the first time that we joined this kind of event. We wanted to improve our skills and we think that we did.

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

We inspired some features from the sources and also we used some other sources for our bot.
