We want to communicate the importance of sustaining our planet to all generations especially young generations who are interested in technology and innovation so, the best effective way to communicate with them is by technology. We choose our project to be a software system to tell them about plastic pollution and its effect on our planet. We focus on this issue because all people around the global are using plastic products in their daily life as they want and don’t know its dangers impacts on the environment and the nature. Our project is a website that contains information and data about plastic pollution, causes, and impacts on the Earth. Also, it provides users with alternatives instead of plastic products and the difference between normal plastic that can’t biodegrade and biodegradable plastic that is made from natural materials. Our website enables users to make a profile and enter a challenge. Then they provide the website about their usage of plastic at the day and enter a competition with other users. The user who use the littlest amount of plastic at his challenge will win a prize. This prize can be a discount on any online product or application. For example, the winner user will win a 40% discount on a family meal, by this way we encourage all people to reduce plastic at their life and use other natural materials.
