We have developed an idea to guide the project base through: larger recycling bins, with a scanner that provides redeemable points in a business entity that is affiliated with the project and an app that notifies recycling on our smartphone, locating existing companies from the region that receive the recyclable material and then take care of its reuse.
It is important because it will encourage people to recycle and upgrade to new ways of life, equipment, such as recycling blocks, will help maintain stability.
In addition, it is not just about "recycling", it involves people in a process that consists of recovering materials that were discarded and that can be used to make other products.
Those that they can use for the education of children, office decoration and others.
Recycling is a cycle that includes several stages: separating, recovering, processing and making new products, whose raw materials are recovered materials.
Recycling bins take care of:
The app takes care of:
Both proposals work with a smartphone, if the recycling bins are used, the material to be recycled must be notified through an app on our smartphone that scans the code of our recycling block and then notifies what you have recycled and the points you have acquired.
These points can be exchanged at a business entity that is affiliated with this project.
We hope to achieve:
To develop this challenge, we have been inspired by the harsh environmental conditions that we have generated over the years, the urgent need to recycle, because although we all know that it is important, most people do not put it into practice, due to because it is not part of the culture.
Human beings are responsible for producing a large amount of waste, yet we still resist recycling. Thus, the only thing we achieve is to harm ourselves and the environment, both in the short term and in the future of those to come.
The main focus of this project was to make the NASA community aware of the great importance they have worldwide, since it is one of the most important means for the perseverance of the planet and for the achievement of the ecological balance of which no we must do without.
As a group problem, we had the synchronization of a prototype scanner. because we all study the same career, in which we do not acquire such thorough knowledge for software development and so on.
For which we use as a resource, a design in marvel app, to create a prototype of our app
The resources provided by NASA were of great help, knowing the great scope and progress that has been achieved today, the studies of the earth that they have done, even knowing that many of the scientists ask themselves simple questions that can help to solve the problems.
However, the most important thing that struck us was to see how children are involved, something that seems to us is of the utmost importance, because it is they who will have the greatest responsibility in the future to preserve the planet.
We thank you for providing us with information that has been very helpful in the development of all projects worldwide.
In this specific project, all this information helped us to understand that in order to achieve environmental responsibility in all the people of the world, first a good individual guide is needed, since despite the times, achieving a total scope has been made more and more difficult. Therefore, it is confirmed that an app, which has an individual scope, can go viral, due to the help it provides. since many people have the knowledge, but see "recycling" as something far out of reach.
Eco Mindset is an app, created to motivate people to recycle. Here is a little about ¿what this project is? In the video.
