Increase The Efficiency of Solar Energy

Summary

We are Team QUANTA, a Bunch of Energy. Our project is to increase the efficiency of solar energy.FirstlyIn general rectangular solar panel we can use only onle plane/surface.So, our idea is to use Cylindrical solar panel instead of rectangular solar panel, because in cylindrical solar panel we get 3.14159 times bigger area than rectangular one.NowWe need to rotate the cylindrical solar panel as such speed that every point of panel will come exact same point after 1 nanosecond, so that the "Photo electric effect" goes continously without any dealy.By Calculating using Cylindrical Solar Panel we can get 314% energy than rectangular one.This can be used in Satellite Solar Panel System.

How We Addressed This Challenge

We develop a hardware prototype by thought experiment.

It's imporotant to energy conversion.

It increase the efficiency of solar palen or solar energy.It works basically on two principle

  1. The sun light is continous.
  2. Photo-electric effect takes 1 nanosecond to happen.

We hope in future it will help us to convert all our energy from sun light.

How We Developed This Project

Our future generation will need to collect all energy from renewable energy source because, there are limitation & bad impact on environment of Nonrenewable energy. This fact influence us to create some project to solve this.


Our project increase the energy conversion ratio efficiently. 


As this is a thought experiment, we need to more hairsplitting componets to do this in practical.


We can use our project idea to get more energy from sun light in satellite & interplanetory mission. 

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

We need data of position of satellite to rotate the solar panel in satellite.
