Summary

Our NEW WORLD is facing an extremely alarming problem that is pollution and the reason behind this threat is loss of huge amount of TREE . With our project we will try to encourage people plant ,grow and not to cut trees without any reason.And also will try to show them a way to be benefited by planting and growing trees.And this project will help us grow our economy and make our EARTH more green and healthier than now.

Deforestation is a global problem which needs the most attention right this moment to make the earth remain habitable. Global warming is increasing at an alarming rate due to deforestation. Ice caps are melting in the poles also because of this reason. Soil erosion and droughts are occurring more than ever. We are losing our fertile lands which are becoming barren in this process. 

By destroying the forests human activities are putting entire ecosystems in danger creating natural imbalances and putting lives at threat. This healthy forests support the livelihoods of 1.6 billion people, globally 1 billion of whom are among the worlds poorest. This may lead us to food insecurity in the future.

It is also causing destruction in natural biodiversity. Wild animals also losing their natural habitats and many species are facing extinction because of this.

 The construction of human infrastructures has been driving deforestation more specifically. 

So,

We have came up with an idea to create a platform where anyone can get benefits by planting tree. 

How We Developed This Project

We have created web based platform.

How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project

The cities will be marked in the 3 different categories red, yellow and green. Red ones are for highly polluted area yellow is for moderate ones and green where pollution is low. We will use near real-time (NRT) data from NASA's Land, Atmosphere Near real-time Capability for EOS (LANCE) to show air quality forecasts of the cities. by using our system users can stay alert while going out and take necessary precautions.

Project Demo

We have came up with an idea to create a platform where anyone can get benefits by planting tree. This unique idea has never been implemented before anywhere in the world. There will be a point based system where users can get rewards by planting and nurturing trees. This points will also be given based on the location of tree plantation and which type of tree is being planted. It will also show the air condition of that area.

For getting reward users need to create an ID in this platform and then he is good to get rewards. To confirm the plantation of the tree user will have to take a good clear image of the plant and post it in his profile then our personnel will go to the location and tag it to make sure that no other user can claim the rewards for that tree. Users can see how ,when and where they were planted and then the total points user has obtained. There will also be a selling zone where users can sell their fruits, timber and other things.
