Summary
This social media app teaches the young generations to learn about the impact of their actions. It also gives them a platform to make a difference and encourages them through the rewards/points system. The events page allows users to help the community. Social media is the attached to this young generation, therefore this app helps allow this generation to learn and assist in the sustainability of this planet for future generations.
How We Addressed This Challenge
We developed a plan for a social media app that is environmentally focused. It helps the user understand the environmental impact they have and how they can help reverse of slow down the damage. It helps environmental experts have a wider audience of the new/young generation and helps provide an outlet to find events near them. We hope to achieve a place where a wider and newer audience can be reached and educated on environmental impacts. Schools and organizations can use this as a community service tool.
How We Developed This Project
We wanted to reach out the the younger population and the best way to do that was through social media. We creates a list of ideas that the app would contain and narrowed it down to a few points. We used photoshop for the graphical design and visual studio for some coded elements. We were able to use discord and meet virtually to work on this project.
How We Used Space Agency Data in This Project
We use space agency data to help fact check and provide alerts to the user.

Data & Resources
Using JAXA data the app can warn users of floods in there area. This app can use data from ESA, JAXA, CSA, CNES, or NASA to help fact check different posts made by users.
