'Mother Earth' Mobile Game
Summary
Mother Earth is a mobile game with the purpose of reminding people about the environment. The game teaches the people especially the youths about the importance of nature. The game exhibits the facts and knowledges about the environment is should be taken care of properly. Players are exposed to the nature environment and at the same time, entertained with the co-op feature of Mother Earth.
How We Addressed This Challenge
We have developed the mobile game named Mother Earth inspired by Among Us.
The game contains real life environment information and guides people to recycling and doing the right job for the nature. However, the game has a destroyer role which will ruin the nature, thus, we included real life warning and consequence messages so that they are aware of what they did to the nature.
Mother Earth consists of local and online gameplay. Technically, the game has 2 roles, human and destroyer. Among the humans, there are a few destroyers who disguised as human. The humans will need to complete tasks to reduce the initial pollutions to zero and the destroyers are required to create more pollutions till 100% to win the game. The humans get to use Tomb of Nature to eliminate the destroyer and the destroyers get to use the Mother Nature's Revenge on the humans.
The game has messages popping up from random objects which are real information about the nature whereas the destroyers get to know about the consequences of their acts. Therefore, it can be used as a guide of hint to the tasks that they are going to do to win the game. In addition, the players also get to know more about the nature while having fun with friends.
Lastly, Mother Earth aims to remind the public about the environment which should be taken care of. The main purpose is to create the fun in exploring and knowing the way to keep the nature in its shape, eventually leading to a better world without climate disasters and pollution-free.
How We Developed This Project
The reason why we chosen this challenge is we realised most of the people did not aware on the condition of our earth especially youngster. Earth is our homeland we should protect her together, its our responsibility to protect her since we are the one who caused it. The most efficient way to protect the earth is education, with education, we can stop the root cause of the issues happened which is caused by us, human. Our proposed game is here to resolve the issue. By playing the game, people get to know the knowledge on how to protect earth and things not to do.
To develop this game, unity is the best option to choose. Since it is suitable in 2D game development and available to various of platforms. C# or Java will be the options for the programming languages.
The down side of our proposed solution is old age group is hardly to be targeted through the game platform. On the other hand, most of the people do play game, therefore, this is the best platform and effective way to spread awareness to people.

These data will be implemented through the gameplay. For example, the way of saving the earth will be the tasks in the game which 'human' need to be completed in order to win the game, or the causes of climate changes which 'destroyer' need to do to disturb 'human' in winning the game. Users will get to know the facts of the earth throughout the game.
