From "Warriors and Company" we have developed an online buying and selling platform for companies, large or small, anywhere in the world. From this platform, the possibility of buying what other companies are going to discard is made available to any user or company, at a lower price than it would have on the market.

----Why is it important?

Due to the continuous advancement of technology, which supposes the constant creation of new devices and consequently, the obsolescence of others, the amount of electronic resources that are wasted per year is increasing exponentially: UNEP - Program for the Environment of the United Nations - estimates that around 50 million tons of electronic devices are generated worldwide and disposed of annually. This class of resources is one of the most polluting for the ecosystem, and that is why companies, particularly those that constantly need to have the most up-to-date machinery, have a fundamental role in this regard to try to conserve and preserve in the best possible conditions. the planet we inhabit for future generations to come.

At present, practically everything can be reused without the need to throw away computer waste, but in many cases, ignorance of the possibilities that these resources can offer again or even where to deposit them leads to these devices ending up in landfills where, frequently, they are not they can treat correctly and contribute to the deterioration of the planet.

With 'ReTrade', "Warriors and Company" aims to offer all types of companies a space to go to in order to dispose of in a safe and sustainable way all electronic material that they will not use anymore (either because it has become obsolete or because they simply no longer need it even though it is still functional) for what, those interested in the products that appear can purchase them to give them a new life. In this way, both parties benefit and with the satisfaction of knowing that they are contributing to the preservation of planet Earth.

According to "Iberinform", 1 in 4 companies do not take more than 3 years to go bankrupt, so their respective qualified and experienced staff end up without work. It is for this reason that another important task of tatata is to ensure that people who, after the failure of the companies in which they worked and who have become unemployed, manage to join others where their work experience and knowledge on the matter can be useful, since they are a more valuable resource many times than the materials themselves.

----What does it do?

Our project helps companies, large and small, to contribute to the environment by reducing the waste that is disposed of so that they can benefit economically either by selling items or by buying them at a lower and more affordable price than their new acquisition, thus making companies aware of the fundamental role they play; as well as facilitating the search for employees for those companies interested in people with experience in the sector, since the contacts of people who were working with companies that failed but still have a lot to offer appear.

----How does it work?

If a company wants to get rid of materials or resources, either by closing it or simply because they are not going to be used, it can sell them through this platform to other companies. In other words, ‘ReTrade’ would be a kind of Marketplace in which companies rent a space in the store to be able to put on sale all these products that they do not need or from which they are going to discard. In this way, users have at their disposal a wide and varied catalog of products with prices reduced to the usual ones and from different countries. Likewise, the website will have other sections for:

Inform users about various problems that companies have had that failed to succeed in the market and data on the importance of recycling this kind of waste (with the purpose of raising awareness even more).

Offer companies the contact of various employees who were left without work after the closure of the company in which they were found through a list of names divided by categories (according to their work area). In this you will find your curriculum, contact information, recommendations and other additional information at your disposal.

---- What do you hope to achieve?

The aim of this project is to reduce the waste of material resources and the pollution that it involves in many cases. Said wastes are made of highly polluting materials such as mercury, lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic or antimony, and in many cases they are not disposed of safely and incorrectly. In this way, companies will have an environment to turn to to dispose of materials that they do not need: if a company no longer needs something or has closed, these materials can be bought by another company for a new use.

At the same time, this would help small businesses just starting out as they would have at their disposal the resources they are looking for at a lower price, and information on other companies that have not succeeded in order to know what things to take into account to survive longer in the market.

Furthermore, according to a study based on the analysis of more than 50 companies in Spain, Germany, Belgium, Denmark and France, 94% of companies that carry out good waste management manage to save costs and reduce management expenses, therefore that the web will offer information and advice to the user on different issues related to the impact of good and bad recycling of these resources, updated statistics, etc., to make companies aware of the impact of their actions with respect to to this aspect on the planet. That study highlighted that industrial companies are those that can achieve greater savings and better use.

----¿Qué desarrollaste?

Desde “Warriors and Company” hemos desarrollado una plataforma de compra-venta online para empresas, grandes o pequeñas, de cualquier parte del mundo. Desde esta plataforma, se pone a la disposición de cualquier usuario o empresa la posibilidad de comprar lo que otras compañías van a desechar, a un precio más reducido del que tendría en salida al mercado.

----¿Por qué es importante?

Debido al continuo avance de la tecnología, que supone la creación constante de nuevos dispositivos y por consecuencia, la obsolescencia de otros, la cantidad de recursos electrónicos que se desperdician al año va aumentando de manera exponencial: PNUMA -Programa para el Medio Ambiente de las Naciones Unidas- calcula que se generan en todo el mundo cerca de 50 millones de toneladas de aparatos electrónicos que son desechados anualmente. Esta clase de recursos son de los más contaminantes para el ecosistema, y es por esto que las empresas, en particular aquellas que necesitan tener constantemente la maquinaria más actualizada tiene un papel fundamental en este aspecto para tratar de conservar y preservar en las mejores condiciones posibles el planeta que habitamos para las futuras generaciones venideras. 

En la actualidad prácticamente todo se puede reutilizar sin necesidad de tirar residuos informáticos pero en muchas ocasiones el desconocimiento de las posibilidades que pueden ofrecer de nuevo estos recursos o incluso dónde depositarlos conduce a que estos dispositivos terminen en vertederos donde ,de forma frecuente, no se pueden tratar correctamente y contribuyen al deterioro del planeta.

Con ‘ReTrade’, “Warriors and Company” pretende ofrecer a todo tipo de empresas un espacio al que acudir para desprenderse de una forma segura y sostenible de todo aquel material electrónico que no va a utilizar más (bien por que se haya quedado obsoleto o porque simplemente ya no lo necesiten aunque siga funcional) para qué, aquellos interesados en los productos que aparezcan puedan adquirirlos para darles una nueva vida. De esta manera ambas partes salen beneficiadas y con la satisfacción de saber que están contribuyendo en la preservación del planeta Tierra.

Según "Iberinform", 1 de cada 4 empresas no tardan más de 3 años en ir a la quiebra, por lo que su respectivo personal, cualificado y con experiencia, acaba sin trabajo. Es por este motivo que otra labor importante de tatata es la de conseguir que personas que, tras el fracaso de las compañías en las que trabajaban y que han quedado desempleadas, consigan incorporarse en otras donde su experiencia laboral y sus conocimientos sobre la materia puedan ser útiles, pues ellas constituyen un recurso más valioso muchas veces que los propios materiales.

----¿Qué hace? 

Nuestro proyecto ayuda a empresas, grandes y pequeñas, a contribuir con el medio ambiente reduciendo los residuos que se desechan de manera que puedan beneficiarse económicamente bien por la venta de artículos o por la compra de los mismos a un precio inferior y más asequible que su adquisición nueva, concienciando de esta forma a las empresas sobre el papel fundamental que juegan; así como facilitar la búsqueda de empleados para aquellas empresas interesadas en gente con experiencia en el sector, pues aparecen los contactos de personas que estuvieron trabajando con compañías que fracasaron pero que aún así tienen mucho que ofrecer.

----¿Cómo funciona?

Si una empresa desea deshacerse de materiales o recursos, ya sea por el cierre de la misma o simplemente porque no se les va a dar uso, puede venderlos a través de esta plataforma a otras empresas. Es decir, ‘ReTrade’ sería una especie de Marketplace en el cual las empresas alquilan un espacio en la tienda para poder poner en venta todos estos productos que no necesitan o de los que se van a desprender. De este modo los usuarios tienen a su alcance un amplio y variado catálogo de productos con precios reducidos a los habituales y procedentes de diferentes países. Así mismo la web dispondrá de otros apartados destinados a:

• Informar a los usuarios sobre diversos problemas que hayan tenido empresas que no consiguieron triunfar en el mercado y datos sobre la importancia del reciclaje de esta clase de residuos (con el propósito de concienciar aún más).
• Ofrecer a las empresas el contacto de diversos empleados que quedaron sin trabajo tras el cierre de la compañía en la que se encontraban mediante un listado de nombres dividido por categorías (según su área de trabajo). En este encontrarán a su disposición su curriculum, datos de contacto, recomendaciones y otros datos adicionales.

----¿Qué esperas lograr?

Con este proyecto se pretende conseguir la reducción del desperdicio de recursos materiales y la contaminación que supone en muchos casos. Dichos residuos están construidos con materiales altamente contaminantes tales como el mercurio, plomo, cadmio, cromo, arsénico o antimonio, y que en muchas ocasiones no se desechan de manera segura y de forma errónea. De este modo, las compañías dispondrán de un entorno al cual acudir para desprenderse de los materiales que no necesiten: si una empresa ya no necesita algo o ha cerrado, estos materiales pueden ser comprados por otra empresa para darles un nuevo uso.

Al mismo tiempo, esto supondría una ayuda para las pequeñas empresas que acaban de comenzar, pues tendrían a su alcance los recursos que buscan a un precio más reducido, e información sobre otras empresas que no hayan triunfado para saber qué cosas tener en cuenta para sobrevivir más tiempo en el mercado.

Además, según un estudio basado en el análisis de más de 50 compañías de España, Alemania, Bélgica, Dinamarca y Francia, el 94% de las empresas que realizan una buena gestión de residuos consiguen ahorrar costes y reducir los gastos de gestión, por lo que en la web se ofrecerá información y asesoramiento al usuario sobre diferentes temas relacionados con el impacto que supone el buen y el mal reciclaje de estos recursos, estadísticas actualizadas, etc., para concienciar a las empresas sobre el impacto que tienen sus acciones con respecto a este aspecto en el planeta. Ese estudio destacó que las empresas industriales son las que pueden lograr un mayor ahorro y un mejor aprovechamiento.
